乙型肝炎前S_1抗原与HBV血清标志物的相关性

The pertinence between hepatitis B virus serum Pre-S_1 antigen and HBV serologic makers

目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)前S1抗原(Pre-S1Ag)与HBV血清标志物之间的关系,以评价其在乙肝诊疗中的作用。方法用ELISA法对2480例HBsAg阳性标本进行Pre-S1Ag和HBV血清标志物的检测。结果在2480例HBsAg阳性血清中,Pre-S1Ag的阳性率为63.95%。Pre-S1Ag与HBeAg具有较高的一致性,两者相符率为87.43%。结论作为反映HBV感染和复制的指标,Pre-S1Ag较HBeAg更敏感。

Objective To investigate the relativity between hepatitis B virus serum Pre-S1 antigen （Pre-S1Ag） and HBV serologic makers, and further to judge the value of Pre-SlAg deteetion. Methods In 2480 eases HBsAg positive serum, Pre-S1Ag and HBV markers were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Result In the 2480 HBsAg positive serum, the positive rate of Pre-S1Ag was 63.95%. There were a good relation between Pre-SlAg an HBeAg,the coincidence rate is 87.43%. Conclusion Pre-S1Ag is more sensitive than HBeAg in judging the infection and replieation of HBV.
