2′-脱氧核苷作为组成NDA的基本单元,是一类有重要生物活性的化合物,一直为化学界、生物学界、医学界关注[1,2,3].本课题通过合成不同取代基胞嘧啶核苷化合物并测定其分子结构,试图探讨该类化合物分子结构与生物活性之间的关系.标题化合物4′-位被硫取代,是较新型的2′-脱氧胞嘧啶类化合物,本文报导其晶体结构.
