摘要
针对有的城市利用生产函数模型测算土地收益出现的“算不准”问题，具体分析了利用生产函数模型回归公式中的参数测算城市土地收益的方法，根据模型特点。
To counter the inexactitude in the measure of land revenues in several cities by using the production function model, this paper discusses how to measure land revenues by parameters in regression formulae from the production function model, and advacates to adopt different land revenue ratios with different grades of land according to the feature of this model
