对地方道路建设与管理的思考

阐述了县级交通部门所属的地方道路如何在资金有限的情况下,搞好建设、养护与管理。文章通过争取政府支持,处理好找市长和找市场的关系,科学调配资金,因地制宜,多措多举,养路方法多样化,充分发挥人的主观能动性、创造性等措施手段,使地方道路建设健康发展。

How to do well the construction, maintenance and management of local road, in absence of funds, under department of transportation at the county level is described. It is suggested that the support from the government is obtained, the relationship between visiting the mayor and looking for the market is treated with scientific displacement of fund, and many measures suiting local conditions to be adopted, the diversification of maintenance method, and by playing the motivation from being, creativity, to prompt the health development of local roads.
