摘要
选择护理专业本二、本三、大专、高职四个层次学生,对学习适应性总体及学习动机、学习态度、学习能力、教学模式、环境因素五个维度进行比较研究,分析各层次学生学习适应性特征,并提出教育对策。
Students at four different learning levels were selected from nursing specialty. Their learning adaptability, motivation, attitude,aptitude,teaching methods and surroundings have been comparatively studied. Based on the adaptive features of the students at different levels,respective approaches have been advocated.
