摘要 反思性教学是指在教学实践过程中教师对自身的教学行为和教学观念等进行不断地分析和反思,从而改进课堂教学,提高教学效果。反思性教学是提高教师教学水平的重要途径,文章主要从教学效果和教学质量评估等方面来探讨反思性教学对提高眼视光专业教师教学水平的作用。 Reflective teaching refers to the teachers' constant analyses and reflection of their teaching behavior and concept,etc. during their teaching practice. Through reflective teaching teachers can improve their teaching effect and teaching quality. Reflective teaching is an important way to improve teaching quality. This paper is to discuss reflective teaching and its effect on improving teaching level through evaluating teaching effect and teaching quality.
