医学生内科学临床实习分析及探讨

Analysis and discussion on interns' clinical practice

文章通过对三所附属医院实习生在内科学实习情况的调查,对学生在管理病人、书写大病历、参与教学查房和病例讨论、实习病种类别和技能操作锻炼方面进行了统计,对调查中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出进一步论证确定教学计划中实习病种、临床技能操作项目,加强病历书写能力培养,科学界定管理病人数,规范内科实习程序和方法,为提高医学生内科实习质量提供参考。

Through investigating the clinical practice in internal medicine of interns in the three affiliated hospitals to the Medical University, the authors have mastered the situations of the interns in managing patients, writing case history, participating in teaching ward inspection and case discussion, and practicing in case types and operating skills. Through analyzing the problems during the investigation,the authors also suggest that the case types for practice and the items for clinical operating skills in teaching plan should be further demonstrated, the ability training of case history writing should be strengthened, the case number of management, and standard the procedures and methods for internal medical practice should be scientifically defined to provide references for improving the interns＇ quality of clinical practice in internal medicine.
