改良激光介入技术在重症下肢浅静脉曲张治疗中的应用

The Application of The Improved Laser Interventional Therapy on The Treatment of Serious Great Saphenous Varicose Veins of the Lower Extremity

目的：介绍改良激光介入技术在重症大隐静脉曲张治疗中的应用。方法：自2005年8月--2007年8月间98例重症大隐静脉曲张患者，我们采用改良激光介入治疗的方法进行治疗。结果：96例临床治愈，随访1～24个月临床症状明显改善，无复发。2例效果欠佳，但症状明显改善。结论：改良激光介入技术治疗重症下肢浅静脉曲张创伤小、恢复快、疗效好。

Objective：To introduce the improved technique of laser interventionaI therapy used on the treatment of serious great saphenous varicose veins of the lower extremity. Methods： From Aug, 2005to Aug, 2008, 98 cases of serious great saphenous varicose veins were treated by the technique of laser interventional. Results： 96 cases were cured, the - clinical symptoms had been noticeably improved through follow up 1- 24 months, and no relapse, 2 cases were not very good but their symptoms were well improved. Conclusion： The improved technique of laserinterventional therapy used on the treatment of serious great saphenous varicose veins of the lower extremity has adventages of less traumatic, quick recovery and good curative effect.
