逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折

Treatment for Distal Femur Fractures with Retrograde Intramedullery Interlocking Nails

目的：探讨逆行髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法：通过对我科自2005年9月～2008年3月应用逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨远端骨折26例进行回顾分析。结果：术后随访6～30个月，平均12．5个月，26例股骨远端骨折全部骨性愈合，平均愈合时间6．2个月（5～8个月），根据膝关节功能评分标准进行疗效评定，优14例，良9例，一般3例，优良率为88．5％。结论：逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折具有创伤小、固定牢固，更利于骨折的愈合和膝关节功能的恢复等优点。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effects of retrograde intramedullery interlocking nail in treating distal femur fractures. Method： From September 2005 to March 2008. twentysix of distal femur fractures treated with retrograde intramedullcry interlocking nails were reviewed. Result： The average duration of follow up was 12.5 months（six months to thirty months）. All of 26 cases achieved clinical bone healing by using the times which are 6.2 months（from five months to eight months）on average. Their functional recovery was evaluated. The results therapy were excellent in 14, good in 9 , fair in 3, The excellent and good rate is 88.5 %. Conelusion：Rretrograde intramedullery interlocking nails in treating distal femur fractures has not only advantages of limited invasion and stable fixation, but also benefits better bone healing and recovery of knee joint functions.
