放射治疗中晚期宫颈癌护理体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨子宫颈癌内外结合放射治疗的护理措施。方法:对87例中晚期宫颈癌患者近距离后装治疗加体外照射过程中,加强阴道冲洗及放射性直肠炎、放射性膀胱炎的护理,并对护理工作进行分析与记录。结果:自2000年8月~2002年11月收治的87例患者,均按计划完成治疗及护理任务,达到预期效果。结论:加强内外结合放射治疗的护理,有利于避免和减少放疗副作用的发生率,提高患者的生存质量。
