摘要
文献报道,碘沉淀法测定PEG的浓度范围在40~200ppm之间,为了测定更低浓度,我们提出在文献中的碘液外又加入硼酸溶液以测定聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液的浓度,这样就提高了PEG的测定精度,在520nm处用比色法测定,结果表明,PEG的浓度测定可降至2~20ppm之间,并且仍有良好的线性关系,此法可供评价超滤膜性能。
Iodine precipitation measured the concentration of PEG in the range of 40 -200ppm, according to reported in the literature. In order to measure the lower the concentration, can put iodine and boric acid solution mixture and then measure polyethylene glycol (PEG) solution concentration, thus also can improved the precision of the determination of PEG. In the 520nm use of the compare color, the results show that PEG concentration can down to between 2 -20ppm, and still a good linear relationship. This method can evaluate the performance of ultrafiltration membrane.
