摘要
对从黑柄炭角菌发酵菌丝中分离得到的9个化合物进行抗氧化和抗肿瘤活性研究。结果表明:1-(2,6-二羟基苯)-3-羟基-丁酮有很强的清除自由基能力和还原力。该菌丝提取物及其9个化合物都没有显示明显抗肿瘤活性。
Antioxidant and antitumor activity of nine compounds from fermental mycelium of Xylaria nigripes were studied. The results showed that(2, 6-dihydroxyphenyl)-3- hydroxybutan- one had strong DPPH radical scavenging ability and reducing capacity. The study also indicated that its extract and the nine compounds hadn't showed antitumor activity.
