摘要
建立微波消解-DDTC法测定奶粉中铜含量的方法。采用密闭微波消解奶粉样品,优化了微波消解条件。实验结果表明,微波消解-DDTC法测定奶粉中铜,其相对标准偏差(RSD%)为0.53%,加标回收率为98.00%~100.46%。方法简便、快速、准确、适用性强,可用于乳及乳制品中铜含量的快速分析。
A method of microwave digestion followed by DDTC for the determimination of copper in the milk powder was developed. Microwave digestion conditions was optimized. The results indicated that the rate of recovery is 98.00%-100.46%, with relative standard deviation is 0.53%, which suggested that the micowave digestion-DDTC is simple, fast and accurate. This method was also suitable for determimination of copper in the other milk products.
