联合应用参三七伤药片治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效

Efficiacy of combination with Shensanqi Shangyao Pian on anaphylactoid purpura

目的联合应用参三七伤药片治疗过敏性紫癜,并与对照组相比较,探讨参三七伤药片的疗效,提高过敏性紫癜的治愈率。方法全部病例随机分成两组:A组(治疗组)36例,采用口服参三七伤药片1.04 g,3次/d;西替利嗪分散片10 mg,每晚睡前服用;氯雷他啶分散片10 mg,每日1次,对重型、严重型则加用静脉点滴地塞米松10 mg,静脉推注西咪替丁针0.4 g,腹痛者肌肉注射胃复安针10 mg,每日1次;出血显著者静脉点滴止血敏针。B组(对照组)31例,西替利嗪分散片10 mg,每晚睡前服用;氯雷他啶分散片10 mg,每日1次;对重型,严重型则加用静脉点滴地塞米松10 mg,静脉推注西咪替丁针0.4 g;腹痛者肌肉注射胃复安针10 mg,每日1次;出血显著者静脉点滴止血敏针。结果痊愈率比较:A组痊愈率为77.78%,有效率为94.44%;B组痊愈率为54.84%,有效率为87.10%。两组痊愈率经χ2检验,χ2=3.97,P<0.05,比较差异有统计学意义,说明A组疗效优于B组。结论参三七伤药片治疗过敏性紫癜是有效及安全的,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To study the treatment effect of combination with Shensanqi shangyao Pian on anaphylactoid purpura. Methods All patients were divided into two groups randomly. Group A （treatment group） has 36 cases, which were treated with oral shensanqi shangyao plan （ 1.04 g, tid）, tablet cetirizine （ 10 mg, qn）, tablet loratadine （ 10 mg, qd） ; inject dexamethasoni （ 10 mg,iv by drip）and cimetidini （iv ,0. 4 g） for severe cases,inject metoclopramidi （10 mg,im） for cases aeccompanied with abdo- men ache,inject etamsylate （ 0. 5 g, im） for cases acccompanied with gastrointestinal bleeding. Group B （ control group ） has 31 cases, which were treated with oral tablet cetirizine （ 10 mg, qn）, tablet loratadine （ 10 rag, qd） ;inject dexamethasoni （ 10 mg, iv by drip） and cimetidini （ iv, 0.4 g） for severe cases, inject metoclopramidi （ 10 rag, im） for cases acccompanied with abdomen ache,inject etamsylate（0. 5 g,im） for cases acccompanied with gastrointestinal bleeding. Results The results showed that the cured rate ,the effective rate of Group A was 77.78% ,94. 44% ,respectively. the cured rate,the effective rate of group B was 54. 84% ,87.10% ,respectively. the cured rate of group A was significant higher than that of group B（ X^2 = 3.97, P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The study shows that Shensanqi Shangyao Pian is safe and effective for anaphylactoid purpura
