硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠期阴道炎的临床观察

Effect of nifutatel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules on treatment of vulvovaginal infections in pregnancy

目的评价硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠期阴道炎包括外阴阴道假丝酵母菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎以及非特异性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法对妊娠28-32周的孕妇中105例患外阴阴道假丝酵母菌性阴道炎30例、滴虫性阴道炎25例、细菌性阴道炎20例、非特异性外阴阴道炎者30例，采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗观察疗效。结果硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊可改善临床症状，总有效率91．4％。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊可作为治疗妊娠期阴道炎的阴道局部用药。

Objective To evaluate the effect of nifutatel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules on treat ment of vulvovaginal infections in pregnancy, including triehomoniasis, vulvovaginal candidiasis（ VVC）, bacterial vaginosis（BV） and nonspecifie vaginal infections. Methods Nifutatel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules was given the pregnant women with trichomoniasis （ n = 25）, VVC（ n =30） , BV （ n =20） or uonspecifie vaginal infections （ n =25）. Results Nifutatel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules can allivate symptoms, and the effective rate was 91.4%. Conclusion Nifutatel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules can be an option in treat ment of vulvovaginal infections in pregnancy.
