摘要
针对矿井提升机控制系统安全可靠性的特殊要求,介绍一种采用冗余技术提高矿井提升机可靠性的设计理念,分析控制系统的组成,实现同步控制、双重保护的工作原理,进一步阐述改善控制系统的调速性能、提高系统的安全性和可靠性的技术措施。
The article aims at special request of the stability and reliability of the elevator control system in the mine. The idea of adopting the redundancy technology to raise the reliability of elevator in mineisis introduced here. It analyzes compostion of control system and the operational principle of syncbro control and double protection. It further expatiates the technical measures that may not only improve timing capability of control system but also raise the stability and reliability of the system.
