摘要 为了实现牵引传动系统网侧电流正弦化、高功率因数和开关器件承受低电压,一种单相电压型三电平 PWM 整流器被采用。论文在分析其工作原理的基础上,将三相整流器中使用的 DQ 坐标系引入单相整流器,并建立了该 PWM 整流器在 DQ 坐标系下的数学模型。探讨了一种适用于单相两电平和三电平 PWM 整流器的 DQ 坐标系下的预测电流控制方法,通过计算仿真验证了该算法的可行性。 To realize a sinusoidal line current in the grid-side and to achieve high power factor and low voltage stress of power switches for drawing driven system, a single-phase voltage-source tri-level PWM rectifier is adopted. Based on the analysis of the principle, a d-q reference frame which used for three-phase rectifier has been used in this single-phase rectifier and set up a mathematic model of the PWM rectifier on the DQ reforence frame. A new predictive current control technique on DQ synchronous rotation reference frame for single phase two-level and three-level PWM rectifiers is discussed. Simulation results are provided to verify the feasibility of the proposed control scheme.
