摘要
通过世界一些国家及地区对票据丧失后补救措施的比较，论述了对丧失票据进行补救的意义，并对完善我国有关法律提出建议。
The paper, by comparing the make-up measures of losing bills in several countries, deals with the significance of make-up measures of losing bills, and gives some suggestions for improring the related laws of our coutry.
