减重训练联合运动想象疗法对偏瘫步行的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察减重步行训练(BWSTT)联合运动想象疗法对脑损伤偏瘫患者步行能力的影响。方法将60例脑损伤偏瘫患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例行BWSTT联合运动想象疗法再加常规康复治疗,对照组30例行BWSTT和常规康复治疗;用Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评分、BBS平衡功能评分、FAC步行功能分级进行训练前后评定。结果经过4周康复治疗后,两组患者FMA-L评分、BBS评分、FAC分级较治疗前均有明显改善,而治疗组改善明显优于对照组。结论BWSTT联合运动想象疗法加常规康复治疗对脑损伤偏瘫患者步行功能恢复具有明显促进作用。
