丹蛭降糖胶囊对糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响

The Effect of Danzhijiangtang Capsule on Diabetes's Vascular Endothelium

目的观察益气养阴活血中药制剂丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法将60例2型糖尿病气虚阴亏血瘀证患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,均常规给予西药口服降糖治疗,治疗组在常规降糖治疗基础上加用丹蛭降糖胶囊,两组疗程均为12周;分别检测其空腹和餐后2h血糖(FPG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力。结果治疗组治疗后氧化应激相关指标(SOD、GSH-PX)均明显改善。结论丹蛭降糖胶囊能显著改善2型糖尿病患者血管内皮损伤,其机制可能与干预氧化应激状态、辅助降糖、调整脂质代谢等有关。

Objective： To observe the intervention effect of Danzhijiangtang Capsule（DJC） which has the efficiency of Yiqiyangyinhuoxue on type 2 diabetes＇ s vascular endothelium. Methods： 46 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 24） and control group（ n = 22） . The therapy lasted for 12 weeks. The FBG, FFA, SOD, GSH - PX and the diastolic function of arteria brachialis were detected before and after the therapy. Results： Comparing with that of control group, the relative index improved significantly 12 weeks later, including FBG, FFA, SOD, GSH - PX, the diastolic function of arteria brachialis. Conclusion： DJC can significantly improve endothelial function, delay the occurrence of vascular complication. The mechanisms probably are relieve oxidative stress, adjust lipic metabolism and alleviate IR.
