摘要
目的研究中药桃核承气改良方对家兔血管内皮损伤后血浆BNP和内皮素(ET)及一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法将实验兔40只随机分为模型组、中药组、西药组、空白组,模型组、中药组、西药组,高脂饲料喂养后行腹主动脉内膜剥脱术造模;中药组予桃核承气改良方灌胃,西药组予舒降之、阿司匹林灌胃,模型组、空白组予生理盐水灌胃;28d后测定血清ET、NO、BNP含量。结果中药组BNP、ET含量较模型组明显降低,NO含量明显升高,ET、NO呈负相关。结论桃核承气改良方能够改善血管内皮损伤后血管内皮功能,降低BNP含量,抑制心肌重塑,防治血管内皮增生,从而预防冠心病介入治疗技术术后再狭窄。
Objective: To investigate the effects of the improved prescription of Peach Kernel Decoction(PKD) on the activation of endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) of rabbits after intimadenudation. Methods: 40 healthy New- Zealand White Rabbits were divided into the control group, PKD group, simvastatin group, and the blank group. Before the operation control group, PKD group and simvastatin group were feeded with high fat diet for 4 weeks . After the operation control group, PKD group and simvastatin group were feeded with normal diet for 4 weeks. And the intragastric administration of PKD group was the improved prescription of PKD, simvastatin group was simvastatin and asprin. The level of serum ET, plasma NO was measured by the method of radio - immunity and colorimetry respectively. BNP was measured by the method of double antibodies sandwich ELISA . Results: The serum ET of PKD group obviously decreased and NO increased. The serum BNP level was decreased (Compared with the group of control). And ET was positively as - sociated with NO. Conclusion: The improved prescription of PKD can improve vasoendothelium function and decrease BNP to inhibit myocardium remodelling and endothelial cell proliferation. It is effective in the prevention of restenosis after PCI.
