扶正平喘汤对过敏性哮喘豚鼠NO、ET-1的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨扶正平喘汤防治过敏性哮喘的机制。方法将40只豚鼠随机分为正常对照组、哮喘模型组、地塞米松组、扶正平喘汤组,用鸡卵清蛋白雾化激发制成哮喘模型。地塞米松组与扶正平喘汤组分别于激发前3d给药,至激发后3d停药。用计数板计数外周血嗜酸性细胞(EOS)数量,观察小支气管形态学改变和肺组织中EOS浸润情况;生化法和放免法测定血清和肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素-1(ET-1)的含量。结果扶正平喘汤可明显改善模型豚鼠小支气管损伤情况,减轻外周血和肺组织的EOS浸润程度,降低血清和BALF中NO的含量,降低BALF中ET-1的含量。结论扶正平喘汤可能通过减轻EOS浸润、调节机体NO和ET-1产生,对过敏性哮喘发挥预防和治疗作用。 Objective: To explore the mechanism of Fuzhengpingchuan Decoction (FZPC) on allergic asthma. Methods: 40 guinea pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, asthma model group, dexamethasone group and FZPC group. Asthma models were made by stimulating with OVA atomizationly. The guinea pigs of dexamethasone and FZPC group were administered 3d before stimulation and with drawal 3d after stimulation. The number of EOS in peripheral blood were counted by counting plate and the morphological changes in bronchia and EOS infiltration in lung tissue were observed. The content of NO and ET - 1 in blood serum and BALF were measured by biochemistry and radioimmunity methods. Results: FZPC could improve the damage state of bronchia, enduce the EOS infiltration of peripheral blood and lung tissue, lower the NO content in blood serum and BALF, lower the ET - 1 content in BALF in model guinea pigs. Conclusion: FZPC can enduce an prevental and therapeutic action on allergic asthma by lessening EOS infiltration and regulating NO and ET - 1 production.
