摘要
根据煤矿生产调度综合自动化的要求,结合目前 PLC 技术的发展,提出了一种实现矿井水泵综合自动化的设计模式,系统采用三菱 FX2NC 作为现场控制单元,结合各种传感器实时采集水泵系统的运行参数,完成自动控制水泵的启停等功能,提高了系统的可靠性。
According to the requirement of colliery production and dispatching integrated automation and combining with the development of programmable logic controller technique, this paper introduces a design mode to actualize integrated automation of mine pump. The system adopts MITSUBISHI FX2NC as the field control unit and integrates with many sensors to collect running parameters of the pump system, and the start and stop of the pump are realized automatically, which improves the reliability of system greatly.
