摘要
应用有限元理论对大采高液压支架的整体结构进行强度分析,对其立柱进行稳定性研究,求得整体应力分布状况和立柱的屈曲模式。通过结果分析,指出薄弱部位,为大采高液压支架的设计提供参考数据,对研究立柱的屈曲特性具有一定的参考价值。
With the finite element theory, the strength of the overall structure of the high mining height hydraulic support and its column stability are analyzed, and the whole stress distribution and column buckling mode are obtained. Based on the analysis of results, the weak regions are pointed out, which provides reference data for the design of high mining height hydraulic support, and some reference value for the research of column buckling.
