摘要
针对某型号的正转六杆机构地下铲运机,对其工作装置在举升阶段存在的铲斗平动性问题进行了研究。以铲斗平动性为优化目标,考虑机构约束、几何约束、角度约束和曲柄约束,建立了优化的数学模型,并采用 Matlab 编程实现,获得了理想的铲斗平动性曲线。为正转六杆机构铲运机工作装置的优化设计提供了一种有效途径。
Aiming at a type of underground LHD (Load-Haul-Dump) with forward-running six-bar, the translation problem of the working mechanism in raise phase is researched. Taking the translation of scraper bucket as optimization target and considering the mechanism, geometric, angle, and crank as constraints, the optimal mathematic model is constructed and the ideal translation curve is obtained by Matlab programming. The result shows that it is an efficient method for the optimal design of six-bar working mechanism.
