新四连杆重力式抱索器设计

Design of the New Gravity type Four-bar Linkage Rope Clip

摘要 目前单线货运架空索道所使用的四连杠抱索器由于存在诸多缺陷,为此,在保证抱索器安装及使用尺寸不变的前提下,通过改变抱索器的部分几何尺寸来提高其杠杆比,从而增大爬坡角,达到既可适应爬坡角较大地形,又可有效降低掉斗率的效果,以满足生产运输的需要。 There exist some defects in the four-bar linkage rope clip which is used in the material monocable ropeway at present. For this reason, keeping the size constancy of arrangement and usage of the rope clip, the partial physical dimensions of the rope clip are changed to improving the lever ratio, so as to increase the upgrade angle. This improved rope clip not only can adapt to the condition of the larger upgrade angle, but also can effectively reduce the ratio of dropping buckets, thus to meet the needs of haulage in production.
