摘要
目前变频器的控制大多采用模拟信号连接,信号的连接量大、费用高且接线混乱、信号差。针对以上问题,引入了 PROFIBUS-DP 总线技术,介绍了 PROFIBUS-DP 总线的特点及设备类型,阐述了采用总线技术的提升机变频调速系统的构成、网络组态过程及软件方案,最后给出了变频器与 PLC 的通信方案。采用 PROFIBUS-DP 进行分布式网络控制,提高了提升系统的控制性能与可靠性,简化了系统结构。
The analog signals are widely used in the control of converter presently. There are usually lots of tangled wires in this system and the signal performance is poor. In addition, the cost is high. Aiming at the drawbacks mentioned above, PROFIBUS-DP is introduced to the frequency control system. The characteristics and the device types of PROFIBUS-DP are described. The structure, the configuration process and the software solution of the system adopting PROFIBUS-DP are presented. At last, the communication method between converter and PLC is given. The performance and reliability of the system are improved by the use of PROFIBUS-DP, and the structure is simplified.
