The periodic inspection on the steelworks is the significant guarantee for the safe production in coalmines. Aiming at the field testing requirement, a dynamic testing software for steelworks is designed. Taking this software as the core of the virtual instrument testing system, the vibration and gradient signals can be detected. The structure and key design points of the testing software are expounded. And the application effect is illustrated with examples.
