成庄矿洗选厂精煤脱介筛在运行过程中出现了"扭振"现象。经过分析确定其主要原因,采取更换万向联轴节、改进入料点,将现有低的基座抬高等措施。使精煤脱介筛恢复正常工况。
The torsional oscillation occurs in the process of cleaning coal media for the drainage screen in Chengzhuang Mine Washery. The main causes are determined by the analysis, and then the cleaning coal medium drainage screen returns to the normal working condition by adopting some measures, such as replacing the rotary shaft coupling, improving the feeding point, raising the low base and so on.
