加压过滤机是一种新型的脱水设备,加压仓是加压过滤机的关键部件。由于加压仓是压力容器,结构设计上有其特殊性。着重介绍了加压仓的结构性能和维修方面的优势;并从压力容器的角度,详细列举了加压仓的材质选取、结构参数选取和结构设计等特点。随着加压过滤机加压仓等关键部件逐步国产化和成本的下降,加压过滤机作为一种新型脱水设备将得到广泛应用。

Chamber is the key part for the pressure filter, which is a new type of dehydrator. Being a pressure vessel, the structural design of the pressure chamber has to be considered uniquely. The structural performance and maintenance advantages related to the chamber are analyzed. The characteristics, such as the material selection, structural parameter selection and structural design are detailed introduced in accordance with the pressure vessel. With the cost reduction and the key part localization of the pressure filter chamber, the pressure filter will be extensively used as a new type of dehydrator.
