Dynamic characteristic simulation of electro-hydraulic driving variable valve train of diesel engine

摘要 针对某型柴油机的配气系统,进行中压共轨电控可变气门系统设计。根据电控可变气门的工作原理,利用Amesim软件建立电液控制配气机构的仿真模型。利用仿真模型,对电控可变气门的动态特性进行研究,分析活塞直径、高压共轨腔压力和高压电磁阀的通流面积等参数对气门升程及气门响应的影响规律,并用Pro/E软件进行了该系统的结构设计,为进一步地研究电液气门驱动系统提供了有效帮助。 Aiming at the valve train system of a diesel engine,the electro-hydraulic driving variable valve train was investigated.According to the operation principle of the electro-hydraulic driving variable valve train,simulation model of the variable valve train was built by using Amesim softwere.By means of the simulation model,the dynamic characteristic of the electro-hydraulic driving variable valve train was studyed.The effect of key parameters which involved piston diameter,pressure of the high pressure common rail volume,and flow area of the high pressure electromagnetic valve,etc,on valve lift and valve response was analyzed,and the structure design of this system was conducted using Pro/E software.
