在振兴吉林老工业基地的过程中,信息产业的发展尤为重要。然而,目前我省信息产业发展中存在着信息产业规模不大、质量不高,对信息产业的投入不足,管理体制落后,创新人才与创新能力不足,以及信息产业管理水平低下等问题。针对以上问题,建议积极培育信息产业名牌产品,形成技术规模优势;大力发展软件业;优化信息产业发展软环境;大力开展招商引资工作;健全人才吸引和人才激励机制;提高社会信息化水平,加快信息产业的发展。

In the revitalization of old industrial bases in Jilin, the development of the information industry is particularly important. However, the province＇s information industry development has some problems such as there is a small, poor quality, inadequate investment in the information industry, leave behind the management system, lack of innovative talents and innovation. As a result, the information industry has the low level of management. To deal with the issue, we propose that we nurture brand-name products of the information industry, form the scale of technology, develop the software industry deeply, establish perfect soft development environment, introduce more investment, perfect the talents encouragement system, improve the level of information in the society.
