摘要
采用固相反应法制备了Ba(ZrxTi1-x)O3(x=0~0.5)陶瓷,并以Fulcher的居里-外斯定律修正方程为依据,求出各样品的弛豫常数γ,以讨论组分对其介电弛豫特性的影响。结果表明:与纯相BaTiO3陶瓷相比,Ba(ZrxTi1-x)O3陶瓷的εr峰值εm由8000(x=0)上升至15000(x=0.25)以上。该陶瓷在x=0.25附近存在着立方–四方相共存的准同型相界,由于准同型相界的高晶格活性,在弛豫特性上有了较大的提高。
Ba(ZrxTi1-x)O3 ceramics were prepared by a solid-state reaction method, and take the amendatory equation of Curie-Weiss law by Fulcher as a basis, the relaxation constants of γ were obtained and the effects of components on the dielectric relaxation characteristics were discussed for all samples. The results show that the maximum permittivity (era) of Ba(ZrxTi1-x)O3 ceramics was greatly increased from 8 000 (x = 0) to more than 15 000 (x = 0.25) compared with pure phase BaTiO3 ceramics. There exists a morphotropic phase boundary having tetragonal and rhombohedral phases coexistence for the ceramics near x = 0.25. Because of the high crystal lattice activity of morphotropic phase boundary, the relaxation characteristics of the ceramics have a greater improvement.
