摘要 目的观察移植的骨髓间充质干细胞在兔椎间盘内分化的情况。方法从兔骨髓中分离和培养骨髓间充质干细胞,用核标记物BrdU标记后注入到兔的椎间盘中,8周后取材采用双染的方法检测移植骨髓间充质干细胞的细胞质中Ⅱ型胶原蛋白的表达情况。结果移植后的骨髓间充质干细胞部分双染呈阳性显色,即胞质内含有Ⅱ型胶原蛋白,向软骨细胞方向分化。结论在椎间盘环境的影响下骨髓间充质干细胞可以分化为软骨样细胞。 Objective To observe the differentiation of marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplanted to rabbit discs. Methods The MSCs were marked by ButU after separated and cultm'ed and then were transplanted to the rabbit discs. The expression of collagen Ⅱ was determined by immunohistochemistry eight weeks later. Results Some of the MSCs transplanted to the discs expressed the collagen Ⅱ, differentiating to the chondrocyte. Conclusion The MSCs can differentiate to the chondrocyte in the environment of intervertebral discs.
