介绍了一种以DSP2407为核心,具有采集、记录、分析超声波探伤回波信号等功能,能够自动判别缺陷位置的超声波探伤系统。详细叙述了系统的各个组成部分,对其得到的缺陷信号进行了信号处理,最后给出了测量结果并加以分析。
This article introduced a kind of ultrasonic detect system based on DSP 2407. The system had those functions such as gathering, recording and analyzing the detected echo signals and could distinguish the position of flaws automatically. The article described the composition parts in detail, and did signal process on the flaw signals. Finally, it gave the measuring results and analyzed them.
