水培茶叶中多种农药残留量的气相色谱-质谱测定 被引量:2

Determination of Pesticides Multi-residues in Hydroponically-cultured Tea by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱法测定了水培茶叶中噻嗪酮、甲氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯的残留量。试验结果表明,噻嗪酮、甲氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯三种农药的分离效果良好,测得的3种农药回收率范围分别为:噻嗪酮86.0%~98.75%,甲氰菊酯78.0%~100.25%,氰戊菊酯87.0%~98.5%;变异系数为2.0%~4.6%。 A GC-MS method for determination of buprofezin, fenpropathrin and fenvalerateresidues in hydroponicallycultured tea was developed. The results showed that the resolution of buprofezin, fenpropathrin and fenvalerate on the column was favorable. The recoveries of buprofezin, fenpropathrin and fenvalerate was 86.0%-98.75%, 78.0%- 100.25%, and 87.0%-98.5%, respectively. The coefficients of variation were in the range of 2.0%-4.6%.
