摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径在住院糖尿病患者健康教育中应用的效果。方法采用随机抽样的方法将入院治疗的120例患者分成2组,每组各60例,对照组采用传统健康教育法,观察组采用制订的健康教育路径进行健康教育,观察比较2组患者糖尿病相关知识掌握、自我管理能力、血糖控制、满意度。结果观察组患者糖尿病相关知识掌握、自我管理能力、血糖控制、满意度比对照组明显提高(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论应用健康教育路径对住院糖尿病患者进行健康教育,可提高糖尿病患者的认知能力、自我管理能力、满意度,对血糖的控制有积极作用,达到满意护理效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of the path of health education for hospitalized patients in diabetes health education.Methods: 120 hospitalized patients were divided into two groups randanly, the control group accepted traditional methods of health education, the observed group developed a path of health education for health education two groups were observed in diabetes-related knowledge, self-management capabilities, blood glucose control,satisfaction.Results:the knowledge and self-management capacity,blood glucose control,satisfaction of observed group were better than the control group,and the difference were significantly.Conclusion:Health education path on the hospitalized patients in diabetes health education can improve the cognitive ability of patients with diabetes, and self-management skills,satisfaction, control of blood sugar have a positive effect, nursing satisfactory results.
