摘要
通过对生物安全实验室最常用的围护结构(彩钢板装配式结构)的气密性研究,设计了一套气密性试验方案,并且按照该方案搭建成一个试验间,在不同的试验压力下,进行了一系列的气密性试验。并对试验数据进行了分析,为提高围护结构的气密性做出初步的尝试和改进,对类似结构的生物安全实验室的建设和施工提供了参考。
The containment enclosure of biosafety lab is the basis requirement to protect laboratory environment. Based on the study of the air tightness of the sandwich board (choiplate assembly structure), the article developed an air tightness testing protocol. In different pressure, a series of air tightness tests were done in the laboratory which described in the protocol. The test results show that the test protocol improved the air tightness of the construction and provide reference for the construction of the similar biosafety lab.
