直销经营中销售人员的沟通策略 被引量:1

摘要 直销是一种分销方式,其最大特点就是通过面对面的方式进行产品与服务,因此在直销中沟通很重要。本文将通过调查问卷的方法,探讨直销经营在现实中所遇到的一些问题、客户拒绝直销服务的原因,从而提出直销人员在沟通中应当采取的策略。
