摘要
用全自动还原糖测定仪法测定各甘蔗汁中还原糖含量,其测定结果标准偏差(RSD)为0.3%～5%,平均标准偏差为1.9%。该测定方法操作简便,结果重现性好,准确可靠,可作为甘蔗选育、甘蔗制糖领域质控参考分析方法。
Experiment was conducted using determination instrument of reducing sugar to determine the content of reducing sugar in sugarcane juice. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.3%-5%, and the average standard deviation was 1.9 %. This method is simple, accurate and with good stability, which can be used as a quality control method in sugarcane industry.
