摘要
本文试图通过对我国离婚损害赔偿责任的构成要件、主体与举证责任等方面做出比较合理的解释,以期能为司法实践提供可资参考的建议。
This paper makes a legitimate analysis on the essential conditions, liability subjects and burden of proof of divorce damage compensation in China, expecting to provide references for judicial cases.
