摘要
为了解决永磁同步电机矢量控制需要高精度位置传感器的问题,提出了一种基于单个霍尔传感器的永磁同步电机转子位置检测方法.对基于单个锁定型霍尔元件的转子位置、速度预估算法及其误差进行了分析,为了提高动态过程中的预估精度采用了一阶速度预估.采用一路方波信号模拟霍尔输出信号对该检测方法进行了实验验证.最后将该方法用于一台高速永磁同步电机驱动,实现了高速永磁同步电机的矢量控制.实验证明该方法具有较高的静态和动态精度,可工作于较宽的速度范围,适合于永磁同步电机矢量控制.
A rotor position detecting method based on single discrete Hall sensor is proposed for vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) instead of a conventional high-resolution position sensor. The digital arithmetics of the rotor position and the speed estimation were proposed, and the estimation error was analyzed. The first-order hold method was used to improve the dynamic estimation precision. The detection method was validated by experiments with a square wave instead of the output of the Hall senor. Vector control of a high-speed PMSM was achieved with this method. Experimental results show this method has high steady and dynamic precision in a wide speed range, and the method is suitable for vector control of PMSMs.
