摘要
为追求较高的电能利用效率,对变频调速永磁同步电动机系统的电源最大利用率问题进行了深入的分析.计算了正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM)、正弦波加三次谐波脉宽调制和空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)3种脉宽调制方式下直流电源的最大利用率,分析了PWM死区时间对电源最大利用率的影响.在理论分析的基础上,进行了仿真与实验研究,验证了计算和分析方法的正确性,为变频调速永磁同步电动机系统的工程设计提供依据.
The paper gives in-depth analysis of the maximum utilization of DC power supply for variable-frequency PMSM in order to seek for higher utilization of electric energy. The maximum utilization was computed aiming at three PWM modes named SPWM, SPWM with 3rd harmonic injection and SVPWM, and the impact of PWM dead time on the maximum utilization was also analyzed. Based on the theoretical analysis, simulation and experiments were completed to verify the validity of this computation and analysis method. The conclusions provide the gist for engineering design of variable-frequency PMSM system.
