The B-model ultrasonic phenomena of ten cases of the aortic aneurysm caused by the atheroma-tous sclerosis were analysed. This method is featured by an accurate diagnosis, simple operation, with a cheaper cost. It can provide a reliable information for the clinical diagnosis of the disease, so an adequate treatment plan can be detemined and the result of which can be estimated This method, therefore, is one of the . ideal methods for diagnosis of the abdominal aortic a-neurysm.
