从宗教、圣经神学语境下棼梳出的"人格"经过无数个历史时期的拐点和启示,终于演变成为当下司法实践所关怀的"人格权"。人格问题从一种宗教争议的裁决→政府行政的操作→政策的表达→转化为国家法律。圣经神学人格从宗教的创识到私法人格权的演变,再到宪法上人格权的创设,使得民主法治国家基本权利体系更加完备,更能够维护或获得普世人性的尊严和恩泽,促进人世间无论种族、肤色、贫富、民族、语言、宗教、信仰享有平等的人格自由的发展权。

Personality, which is derived from religion and Bible theology, experiences numerous historical developments, and transforms to the fight of personality in present legal practice. The issue of personality evolves from the award of religion dispute to the operation of governmental administration, to an expression of policy, and eventually to national law. The evolution of theological personality, from the creation in religion to right of personality in private law, and to the establishment of right of personality in constitution, which makes the basic rights system of a democratic country more complete, and plays a more important role in safeguarding human dignity, and promotes the equal personal freedom and development regardless of his race, skin, wealth, nationality, language, religion, or his belief. The right of personality and the right of development, are the mother rights in constitution, which are sacred and inviolable. The perfection of theological personality and the protection of right of personality in constitution are the common historical mission of religion and constitution.
