摘要
科学研究,不论是自然科学研究,还是社会科学研究,最重要的问题是创新。创新是人类不断进步的动力,对国际法和国际私法的研究也应该有所创新。笔者从1950年开始研究国际法,从1953年开始研究国际私法。在研究中,笔者对国际法和国际私法理论提出了一些新的观点。现在将其中一些比较重要的观点论述如下。
Creativity is crucial to scientific research,including legal research. The author of this article has been doing research in international law since 1950 and in private international law since 1953. During his long professional career, the author has put forward many new and creative ideas regarding theories of international law and private international law. This article presents some of the more important ones of these ideas.
