去铁胺预处理对幼龄大鼠深低温脑缺血/再灌注损伤的影响 被引量:3

摘要 复杂先天性心脏病外科手术中往往需要采用深低温停循环或深低温低流量,但一旦时间过长,均可能造成不同程度的神经系统后遗症。我们通过建立幼龄大鼠深低温缺血/再灌注模型,并检测脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)及一氧化氮(NO),探讨去铁胺对脑损伤的影响及可能的保护机制。
