摘要
针对非平衡M-Z干涉仪的线性解调技术,对其实现原理进行了研究,提出了M-Z干涉解调的几种方法。最后设计了一种新型的温度解调方案。实验证明,此种温度解调方案精度达到0.18 pm,达到了很高的精度要求,从而验证了M-Z干涉解调法具有高分辨率,进而说明此方案的可行性。
On the basis of studying the linearity demodulation technology and realization theory about non-balance Mach-Ze- hnder of fiber grating sensor systems, several methods of M-Z interference demodulation were brought out, and a new-style of temperature demodulation scheme was designed. Experiment indicates that the precision of this temperature demodulation scheme reaches 0.18 pro. So it is validated that the resolution of the interferometer demodulation method of Mach-Zehnder is higher, and the feasibility of this demodulation scheme is confirmed.
