摘要
采用DSP芯片TMS320VC5402对机械振动信号进行实时分析处理,设计了一种实时监测机械振动情况的检测系统。该系统能将机械振动的频率、振幅及相位信息传输给PC机,利用VB软件绘出振动信号的时域或频域图形,并且可以通过PC机发送分频系数给DSP,控制其采样频率,从而达到精确采样振动信号的目的。
By adopting TMS320VC5402 DSP chip, making a real-time analysis and processing of the machine vibrational signals, this paper designed a measure system that could make a real-time measure on the machine vibrational instance. The system can send frequency, amplitued and phase of mechanical vibratios information to PC. It adopted software VB to draw out graphics of the vibrational signals' time-domain or frequency-domain,it can send coefficient of frequency division from PC to DSP,which could control its sampling frequency in order to reach the aim of sampling vibrational signals in high precision.
