摘要
设计了网络接口的高精度热电偶。为了提高热电偶测量精度,采用单片集成温度传感器对热电偶冷参考结点补偿,并对温度分段拟合了热电势-温度一次或二次多项式,用单片机实现了热电偶的线性化。设计了单片机热电偶测量系统及其CAN2.0,SPI网络接口。系统误差分析及实验结果表明所设计的热电偶具有很高的精度。
High accurate thermocouple with network interface was designed. In order to enhance the thermocouple measurement accuracy, the monolithic integrated temperature sensor was used to compensate the thermoeouple cold junction, and linear or quadratic polynomials were fit for relation between electric potential and temperature in multi-section temperatures, and the thermocouple linearization was realized with micro controller. The micro-controller thermoeouple measurement system was designed with CAN2. 0 and SPI network interface. The system error analysis and application indicates that the thermocouple has high accuracy.
